Training, Experience, and Academic Background:

• I am a graduate of OISE/University of Toronto's Masters of Education Program in Counselling Psychology. I have 20 years of counselling experience and continue to participate in trainings and professional development opportunities. I have provided workshops in University and Corporate settings on topics such as anxiety, wellness and enhancing workplace allyship for the 2SLGBTQIA+ community.

• I am a Certified member of OAMHP (Ontario Association of Mental Health Professionals)

• I am an RP (Registered Psychotherapist) - registered with CRPO (College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario)
